Chinese language Artwork at Skinner consists of vintage and contemporary work, prints, furnishings, ceramics, jade, and different ornamental arts and antiques. On display right here in this exhibition are 26 works of pictures by Mr. Kemin Dong. Reliance on calligraphic techniques in later painting, nonetheless, produced a sterile art of overworked formulation in painting of the nineteenth cent. It also presents a number of key primary source holdings in conventional Chinese art within the Stanford University Libraries.
